Tutoring for Teams - 60 mins

Service Description

This service is for debating teams of 2 - 4 students who would like debating support. Students sharing a tutoring session must be in the same debating team preparing the same topic. Tutoring sessions are conducted online via Zoom or MS Teams, depending on your preference. This services applies to: * Students from any school who are doing debating and would like help with their debates. Students can be doing WADL debating or any other method. With some forms of debating, students are left to prepare on their own without a lot of support from their school. We can help students prepare or refine their debates, learn new or advanced skills in areas such as rebuttal and more. Our expert coaches can help provide students with the skills for debating success! * Students participating in Rise & Shine classes who feel a need for extra assistance. Our Rise & Coaches do their best to give students as much attention as possible, but their time must be shared between all students and group teaching in a limited time each week. For some students, a little extra 1-1 assistance or a team help-session makes a big difference to their understanding and confidence. PLEASE NOTE: When booking a tutoring session, you will be directed to choose a time and date. Choose your PREFERRED time and date. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can but we cannot guarantee availability at your preferred date and time. Once payment is made for this service, Rise & Shine administration will get in touch with you to confirm your booking for your requested time and date or to arrange an alternative time and date for tutoring that suits the team. You can request your team's debating coach if you wish, or be matched with one of our expert debate coaches. The cost of a team tutoring session can be shared between 2 - 4 students in the same team. One parent can make the payment and collect part payments from the other parents, or the parent completing the booking form can request that each parent involved be invoiced for their part. Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for missed sessions. We have to make up the time in another session.
