SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping ranges from $5.95 for orders up to 4.5kg within Australia. Shipping for orders over 4.55kg is $19.95 within Australia. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship physical products internationally. For overseas orders, please contact us with your order and we will provide you with a quote for shipping: hello@debating.net.au

DELIVERY TIMES

​

Delivery times are usually 7 - 14 business days within Australia. If an item or items in your order are going to take longer than 10 days to ship to you for some reason, we will let you know and offer you a number of options. 

Express shipping is usually 1-3 business days within Western Australia but may take up to 5 days for country areas or interstate orders.

PAYMENTS

Payments for Rise & Shine products are processed through Paypal or Stripe. If you prefer to use Paypal, you do not need to have a Paypal account to use the service. The payment page provides the option for customers to pay using credit/debit card.  

INVOICES

​

If you require an invoice to be sent to your school for payment by the financial officer, please contact us with the details and we can arrange this for you. 

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND DISCOUNT CODE

​

If you have a discount code or gift certificate, you can redeem it by entering the code shown in the 'Discount Code' section at the checkout. Only one gift certificate/voucher can be used per order and gift certificates can only be used once.
